I have always struggled with writing my ideas on paper. I enjoy experimenting… grappling with thought experiments… observing the world around me… creating flowcharts to describe sequential planning and organizing information in elaborate spreadsheets… Creating opportunities to take mitigated risks in exploring how we might improve the learning experience for students… and ULTIMATELY… to execute a plan and deliver on a project… BUT the thought of writing all of these thoughts down… to share with broad audiences… has always terrified me.
SO THIS IS WHERE I START…
Quietly in this space… where I can share my ideas in real time…
I have been an educator for 18 years… long enough to have made my share of mistakes to become the educator I am today and short enough to still think about how I can still make impact. I have worked in a variety of roles supporting science and physics education in Ontario. I never considered myself to be an “expert” in anything… I am driven by my curiosity and a quest to solve interesting problems. Maybe this comes from my physics education background…
SO… this is where my journey will begin…
…to start sharing my thinking in the moment…
…these moments will not be perfect…
…but these moments will be mine…
…It is my time to be brave…
I like the helpful info you supply to your articles. I’ll bookmark your blog and test again here regularly. I am reasonably sure I will be told many new stuff proper here! Best of luck for the next!
